Note from Keith:  I fashioned the tombstones in this illustration after some of the stones that I found in a cemetery near where I was living at the time.  Lake Geneva, Wisconsin.  It was a very small town but, interestingly enough, the graveyard had some of the most elaborate tombstones I have seen and there were even a few small mausoleums.
