Note from Keith:  Oddly enough, in this piece, I had the most fun painting the chickens.  As it turned out, I needed some reference on chickens and, as luck would have it, one of my neighbors was responsible for buying millions of these birds every year for a large poultry company.  So, he took me out to a number of chicken houses where I saw thousands of chickens and took pictures of hundreds.  I will never need to look for chicken reference again!
