Note from Keith:  Blowing, billowing capes have always presented a challenge to draw realistically.  I was fortunate to have a friend who owned a wind machine, and access to a model who didn’t mind standing in a 60-mph wind.  Playing with the wind machine was almost as much fun as painting the picture.
