Description
This piece was originally a calendar plate.
[Size: 18″ x 18″ – UNFRAMED]Keith’s thoughts on this piece: Snow is a wonderful composition element …. Does that mean we should add it to the period table? Uh, probably not, but, we will list it in Keith’s favorite tools for leading a viewer’s eye through a scene. Because snow accentuates contrast, the play of light and shadow become abstract shapes that make up an image’s composition. Snow can drift into any shape or conform to anything underneath it, allowing almost infinite ways to visually break up a scene, and still look natural.
